Microwave Technology

Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths ranging from as long as 200 meters to as short as one millimeter. A beam of microwave energy passes from a sender to a separate receiver in burst approximately 200 times per second. If the path between the sender and receiver is blocked by any object or material which absorbs or reflects microwave energy then the receiver will not be able to detect the signal.

Microwave technology can be used for blockage detection, barrier detection, machine detection or protection and point level detection.
